01For coaches with an empty portfolio

What to post when you have no client results yet

With no clients behind you, the formulas that trade on somebody else's before-and-after are shut, and posting nothing while you wait is the worse option.

Three finished posts below, each on a Hook that runs on your own work rather than a photo you do not have.

Write 3 on your own line3 posts on the house. No account, no email.

09The Number That Hurts

Context line: the cost of the reader's own unrecorded training

You have trained on your own for 3 years. Call it 400 sessions with no written record of what you lifted in any of them. So every 12 weeks you have started again from memory, and memory rounds everything down. The first thing I do is write it down. The second is add to it on a schedule you did not pick on the day. DM me the word RECORD and I will build your first 4 weeks.

Use when the cost of waiting can be counted.
Never invent the number.

Hook 09
07The Enemy

Context line: coaches posting transformations that are not theirs

I will not put somebody else's before-and-after on my page. There is a market for those photos, and every coach who posts one they were not in the room for is asking you to trust a stranger twice. What I can put in front of you is the sheet I write, the week I plan around your shifts, and a video review back by Wednesday. Comment SHEET and I will send you a real one from this week.

Use when a practice is worth naming and refusing.
Never a person, never a competitor by name.

Hook 07
02The False Confession

Context line: my first written plan was far too long

The first plan I ever wrote ran to 9 pages. The one I send now is 1. Nobody was ever going to read 9 pages. People read 3 sessions on a phone in a car park, and I was hiding behind the other 8 because I was new and wanted to look busy. I am still new. The plan is shorter because it now says only the things that change this week. $89 a month for my first 3 clients, and that price stays yours while you stay.

Use when your best advice sounds like a mistake.
Never confess something a client paid you to fix.

Hook 02

Each post above names the Hook it came from, so the formula is reusable after you have changed the numbers to your own.

03Where these usually go wrong

The common miss is apologising in the first line. Being early is a fair trade at the right price, and an apology is not something anyone can buy.

The Vault is the numbered index these formulas come from. Every Hook carries a use and a never, and every change is dated.

04The hook letter

One Hook a week,
worked through.

One formula from the Vault, one post it wrote for a real offer, one note on when it fails.

Weekly. One Hook, one worked example, one link. No pitch until the Vault opens.
