01For online coaches selling monthly or 12-week programs

Instagram hooks for online personal trainers

Posting a workout clip gets you likes from other coaches. It does not get a DM from someone who might pay you.

Three finished posts below, each on a different Hook from the Vault, each ending where your offer actually is.

01The Callout

Context line: who my coaching is not for

My coaching is not for you if you want a new program every 3 weeks. I write one block, we run it, we add weight, and it gets boring in exactly the way that works. If you want variety, buy an app. If you want your squat to go up 20kg by March, that is the thing I do. 3 spots this intake. $249 a month.

Use when you know exactly who you are not for.
Never aimed at a whole group of people.

Hook 01
09The Number That Hurts

Context line: the cost of another year of guessing

You have been in the gym 3 years and lifted the same weights for 2 of them. That is roughly 300 sessions spent maintaining. At 4 sessions a week, a written block gets most people past that plateau inside 10 weeks. The maths is not complicated, the programming is. DM me the word BLOCK and I will tell you what your first 10 weeks would look like.

Use when the cost of waiting can be counted.
Never invent the number.

Hook 09
11The Receipt

Context line: client James added 30kg to his squat

James added 30kg to his squat in 16 weeks. He trains 3 times a week, in a commercial gym, with 2 kids. No new supplements. No fasted anything. He ate 180g of protein and followed the sheet. I have 11 more of these on my phone. Monthly coaching is $249 and the next intake opens Monday.

Use when a client result is real and permitted.
Never without the client's yes in writing.

Hook 11

Each post above names the Hook it came from, so the formula is reusable after you have changed the numbers to your own.

03Where these usually go wrong

The common miss is a caption that ends nowhere. If a post does not name what you sell, the reader has nothing to do with their interest.

The Vault is the numbered index these formulas come from. Every Hook carries a use and a never, and every change is dated.

04The hook letter

One Hook a week,
worked through.

One formula from the Vault, one post it wrote for a real offer, one note on when it fails.

Weekly. One Hook, one worked example, one link. No pitch until the Vault opens.
