Context line: people say they will start next Monday
When someone tells me they will start Monday, they mean they want a clean page.
The page is never clean. You start on a Wednesday, tired, with 40 minutes and a bad night behind you.
So week 1 of my block is deliberately small. 3 sessions, 45 minutes, nothing heroic.
12 weeks, $299, and it starts the day you sign up rather than the day that sounds tidy.
Use when one sentence kills every sale. Never mock the objection.
Hook 14
09The Number That Hurts
Context line: how many Mondays are left this year
There are 17 Mondays left in the year.
If this year goes like last year, you will spend 12 of them deciding to start next week.
A 12-week block uses 12 of them and finishes before December.
DM me the word MONDAY and I will send you what those 12 weeks look like.
Use when the cost of waiting can be counted. Never invent the number.
Hook 09
01The Callout
Context line: not for people who need a fresh start every week
My coaching is not for you if you need a fresh start every Monday.
The whole thing is built on carrying an ordinary week forward, including the parts of it that went badly.
We do not reset. We add 2.5kg and go again.
3 spots this intake, $249 a month.
Use when you know exactly who you are not for. Never aimed at a whole group of people.
Hook 01
Each post above names the Hook it came from, so the formula is reusable after you have changed the numbers to your own.
03Where these usually go wrong
The common miss is Monday motivation. It performs with other coaches and reads as noise to the one person deciding whether to pay you.
The Vault is the numbered index these formulas come from. Every Hook carries a use and a never, and every change is dated.
